These Terms are governed by the laws of India. In the event of a dispute, the matter shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration will take place in New Delhi, India, and the award will be binding on both parties. For unresolved disputes, the courts in New Delhi shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
