1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering as a member of the InsightsReward panel (“Panel Member”), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and InsightsReward, operated by MindsForest.
If you do not agree with these terms, you must not access or use the platform.
We reserve the right to update these terms periodically. Continued participation after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Eligibility and Registration
A. Eligibility Criteria
To join the InsightsReward panel, you must:
- Be at least 18 years old or meet the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- If under 18 (where legally permitted), participate only with parental or guardian consent
- Reside in a country where InsightsReward operates
- Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information
B. Account Integrity
- Only one account per individual is permitted
- Duplicate or fraudulent accounts may result in termination and forfeiture of rewards
3. Panel Member Responsibilities
By participating, you agree to:
A. Provide Honest Responses
- All survey responses must be truthful, accurate, and complete
- We reserve the right to monitor and validate responses for quality and consistency
B. Maintain Confidentiality
- You must not disclose survey content, research topics, or client-related information
C. Maintain Profile Accuracy
- You are responsible for keeping your profile information updated
D. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- InsightsReward is not liable for unauthorized access due to user negligence
E. Fair Usage
You agree not to:
- Manipulate survey outcomes
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools
- Participate dishonestly for rewards
4. Rewards and Incentives
A. Earning Points
- Points are awarded based on survey completion, length, and complexity
B. Redemption Options
Points may be redeemed for:
- Gift cards
- Cash rewards (e.g., PayPal, bank transfer where available)
- Products/services
- Charitable donations (where applicable)
C. Redemption Conditions
- Minimum redemption threshold: 500 points
- Processing timeline: typically up to 10 business days
D. Expiry
- Points expire 12 months from the date earned
E. Disqualification
- You may be screened out of surveys if eligibility criteria are not met
- No rewards will be issued for incomplete or disqualified surveys
F. Referral Programs
Referral incentives may be offered subject to separate terms.
5. Survey Participation
- Survey invitations are sent based on your profile and research requirements
- Participation is voluntary
- Some surveys may have limited quotas or deadlines
- Incentives vary depending on survey type and complexity
6. Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for:
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity
- Multiple account usage
- Violation of these terms
- Prolonged inactivity (typically 6 months or more)
Upon termination:
- Access will be revoked
- Unredeemed points may be forfeited
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your participation is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Key principles:
- Data is collected for market research purposes only
- Personal data is not sold
- Data may be shared in anonymized or pseudonymized form with clients
- Security measures include encryption, access control, and monitoring
You have rights to:
- Access, correct, or delete your data
- Withdraw consent at any time

8. Third-Party Services
Certain rewards or services (e.g., PayPal) are provided by third parties.
- These providers operate under their own terms and privacy policies
- InsightsReward is not responsible for third-party practices
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, InsightsReward shall not be liable for:
- Technical issues or platform interruptions
- Loss or delay of rewards due to system or third-party failures
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of: India
Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi.
We encourage resolving disputes amicably through support channels before legal escalation.
11. Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms periodically.
